No complaint about the ink qualities on this or my prior order#111122-103610-15443. However, now that I am familar with the DIY refill system (it's a pretty good system except for leakage around base of cartridge) there is one complaint I would voice Re: trying to refill extra large black cartridge you sent in my first order . As soon as the ink from large chamber (not the small sponge side) was used up and I tried to refill it - no ink would go into the large storage chamber. When I spoke to you about this problem by phone on 11/21/11 a gentleman said that the sponge had "dried out". I still don't understand that as I've been able to refill all sorts of old 920XL cartridges that were empty for a long time and the large black you sent still had some ink in it - so how could it have been dry? Had it been almost "dried out" prior to the refill before it was sent to me? Anything you can offer to explain this would help.
