Post by: txmale3071 on April 08, 2011, 08:30:31 PM
Bought this a couple weeks ago.Did everything the video showed on how to set up.Now my printer is making some big clunking noise and double printing most pages or not printing at all.Printer does not recognize cartridges most of the time.Is a big pain in the butt to have to pull them out and redo all the time.So all in all my printer went to crap after install. Now i have to go out and buy a new printer i have the nx415 if anyone knows how to fix it let me know asap.Thank you.

When you are getting that 'double image', it typically means that the ink lines are getting 'crimpped' inside of your printer.  There are two ways you can solve this problem.

(1)  Watch these two videos and modify your CIS set-up to mirror one of these methods.

(2) Or you would have to modify your printer by cutting into the side of the cartridge carriage so the ink lines won't get caught.

If you are still encountering problems, please e-mail us with your contact number so we can help you over the phone.

Hope this helps out!   ;)
