    These refill carts are a nightmare! I get 1 page printed at a time if I'm lucky. Reinserted them a dozen time's. They don't fit well enough for contact, one of clip broke off with little effort .  Ink light blinks  like crazy. paper will go through but little or no ink will print. Anyone elese with these problem ? Printer about 1 month old.

We apologize for the problems you are encountering so far and can assure you that we are here to help you out.  The little tabs that lock the cartridges into place are quite fragile and need to be handled with carefully.  Other than that, the cartridges should be simple to use.  It looks like you are encountering a range of problems, so instead of tackling all these issues on the forum, please email us your order number and contact information and one of our customer service representatives will call you to help troubleshoot your issues for you.  Please email us at sales@cisinks.com.  Hope to hear from you soon!

  Received a new set of refill carts from CIS, and no problems with error messgaes for about two weeks now.
For anyone with a 1100, you have to follow the recharge procedure each time you change or refill a cart. If you go through with that each time you refill, it seems that you will have no problems with Ink error messages.
