I have a CISinks refillable cartridge set purchased 8-11-11 for my Epson CX-3810. After filling the cartridge do you leave the vent plug out when you install it back in the printer or put it in the cartridge?

Hello!

Yes those plugs are to remain out of the cartridges once you begin to start printing. If you don't remove those plugs, then there would be no air flowing through the cartridges, which allow the ink to flow freely. Once you remove the plugs, keep them off!  Cool
