hi CISS,

Got my new CISS a month and everything went well since the other night when suddenly, the prints that comes out has some yellow greenish tint on the pictures. here's what I have done so far:

1) removed the cartridges and cleaned the contacts with alcohol ( a couple of times )
2) performed head cleaning ( a lot of times )
3) performed spike cleaning ( twice )

I've printing using Photoshop CS5, as I am always printing from LR 3 but I still have the same output... lastly, I tried printing directly from the printer with the use of a USB stick but still the same results.

I am inclined that maybe this is the result of my ink tank levels being below 10% already? is there a way to reset the ink tank levels of the printer?

I have a lot of printing needed to be done for a client and this is really becoming a headache....

any suggestions from other users who have encountered the same problem can freely post... at this point, any suggestion is highly appreciated..

There can be many issues that can be causing this problem on your printer. I have encountered the same problem before with our Artisan 725 (which essentially the same printer) but the problem usually occurs when I attempt to scan a document of image. My issue could be the scanner bed.

I'm curious, when you print a nozzle check, are all the lines appearing on the print out?

Also check to if there's any air in the lines and check to physically see if the cartridges are full of ink as well.

If you can, e-mail an image of what you're describing to me so that I can know what you're talking about. sales@cisinks.com ATTN: Luis
