Not ink-related, but still a real pain. You're tried all the HP advice, even that totally stupid "remove the power strip due to line voltage drop" recommendation. Of course none of it worked. The tip: do a by-the-book print head replacement....of the same head. Use the occasion to clean the electrical contacts too.
