hello,
I just purchased a CISS system for my Epson R2000 and I have it hooked up, but there is still air in the lines near the cartridge, I have tried to several times to prime it several times.

I then have tried to print, everything works as normal expect No ink comes out to the paper.
Please Help

Hello! It appears to me like the air vent plug was still capped when you attempted to print. What you would need to do is to remove all of the plugs from the external ink tanks and then proceed to prime the cartridges.

After you prime each color, you must cap the rubber plug at the top of the cartridges fast. Please take a look at the video link below as it goes into detail about all of the steps that need to be taken.

Also, look inside of the cartridge itself and check to see if there's any actual ink in the cartridges, that would be a good indication as to what the issue could be.

Please don't refrain from calling our support staff. (626) 575 0860.
