My CISinks CISS cartridges chips are mounted in such a way that there is a very fine 'lip' at the edge of the chip created by the edge of the plastic cartridge casing. When the cartridge is removed from the print head, the plastic case 'lip' catches on the spring tooth contact strip of the HP print head cartridge receiver and bends it back out of shape. Subsequent attempts to seat any cartridge, HP or CIS, fails.  Had to get new print head from HP twice.
Do I have a defective CISS set of cartridges?
