I have spent several days trying to get this CIS to work properly. First the chips were out of place. I had to push them forward to get past the "missing cartridge" error.

Next the colors started running together. The cyan was bleeding into the magenta and yellow. Cleaning the heads would clear it up for one print, then the cyan was bleeding again.

Now I get a "Printer Failure - There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn the printer off, then  on. If problem persists, contact HP." error after the printer initializes. It won't print a test page or complete a cleaning cycle.

I am very frustrated at this point.

What was your issue?

Did you find a solution to your issue?

I'm still having problems with colors bleeding into the others. It's mostly cyan bleeding into the magenta and yellow.
