I have an HP Officejet Pro 8600.  The printer will not recognize the cartridges.  I've tried everything in the FAQs.  They are all in together.  I've put in the HP cartridges.  I've taken them out, cleaned the chips and the printer.  Doesn't work.  I've removed them all, unplugged the printer for 5 mins, put them back in.  Nothing.  Did it again, nothing.  I keep getting the message about "one or more cartridges are missing or damaged."

I had this issue at one time or another..
