I have an Canon IP3600 and I purchased your CISS - the instructions do
not match anything on the cd. Also the ink tanks are in the wrong
order to fit into my slots. The Cyan and yellow are turned around.
The tubes are not long enough for me to put them in the proper slot.
Please tell me how I can install the CISS. Thanks

What are the order of your cartridges from left-to-right?  We want to make sure that this doesn't problem doesn't occur with our other customers in the future.  Switching the order of the cartridges is just one of the tactics that Canon uses to prevent consumers from using a CIS system on their printer.  Angry

You can spread apart the ink lines and move the cartridges.  It might seem like you can't at first, but you can definitely do it.  Just try to minimize the 'spreading of the lines' and move the cartridges in the right order.  You can view this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I-cS7EAQ0c4 to see a general way you can do this.  You can use some tape to put the lines back together.  Then you can install the CIS system according to this video:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eRbVqoJVfiM.  If you have any questions in regards to this, feel free to contact us at (626) 575-0860 between 9:30am-5:00pm (PST) M-F.   Smiley
