I was printing some bulletins for a funeral and after about 50, the print quality went south.  When I looked at the ink levels, it shows black as full but the other colors at less than 15% even though there is plenty of ink in the reservoirs and in the tubing.

I've tried turning off the printer and removing the cartridges for a few moments but the printer will not recognize 'full' cartridges.  Any suggestions?HuhHuh?

When certain ink levels are low, the printer will attempt to save ink by mixing the other colors to replicate the low color.  This might cause weird results on your prints.  Keep in mind that you can't reset the ink levels arbitrarily whenever you want and will have to wait until the ink levels reach 0% (according to your ink status monitor).   You can 'force' the printer to think it ran out of ink by doing several printhead cleanings, which count as multiple pages.  If you still are encountering problems, give us a call and we can try to help you out.
