My printer only shows the toner cartadges as being only 25% full. If you look at each they are
about 75% full. What should I do so that the software knows the proper level?

Sorry for the late reply.  We haven't been on the forum lately for we have been working on other things on our site, such as our new "LIVE ONLINE CUSTOMER SUPPORT" on our website. 

When using a CIS system, there is no need to be alarmed about the ink levels your printer states.  They never correspond to the 'ACTUAL' amount of physical ink you really have.  Basically, ignore what these levels state. 

If one of these ink levels reaches 'zero percent' and actually 'LOCKS UP' your printer, thus preventing you from printing, simply remove that cartridge for 5 seconds and put it back in.  The 'AUTO-RESET' chips will trick the printer to think that you put a new cartridge and make the ink levels go back to 100%.
