My CIS system has worked great up until now, it's saying I have no ink and I've tried taking the cartridges out of the printer and waiting a few minutes to reinstall them, turning the printer off and letting it sit for over 10 minutes then turning it back on, cleaning the print heads, cleaning the chips and NOTHING has worked! Please help!

Hello,

What is your order # ? What color is this happening for? You would not to wait a few minutes. Try removing and re-installing it right away. This will only work when there is no more ink inside a specific cartridge.
