My CIS system has worked great up until now, it's saying I have no ink and I've tried taking the cartridges out of the printer and waiting a few minutes to reinstall them, turning the printer off and letting it sit for over 10 minutes then turning it back on, cleaning the print heads, cleaning the chips and NOTHING has worked! Please help!

Hello,

What is your order # ? What color is this happening for? You would not to wait a few minutes. Try removing and re-installing it right away. This will only work when there is no more ink inside a specific cartridge.

Having issues with my CIS on my HP after several months. My Printer is now a brick. There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off then on, if problem persists contact HP.

What now?

My order number is/was #150927-423109-42607

Hello,

Is there anywhere on the printer indicating a " Printer Failure " error message?

You will need to install the original HP cartridges to access the printer menu.

If so , this means that you are required to reset the printer back to manufacturer settings. Once this is performed, you would then locate for a setting called " Cartridge Chip Information " or "HP Protection " and DISABLE or TURN OFF this setting.

Once this is performed, you should then install the cartridges to see if this works.
