I have a brandy new  HP T120 wide format Deskjet. Ran the initial factory cartridges near the end today and so I had bought a refillable kit from CIS. No dice. I am following the instructions but I find no way to turn off cartridge usage information or cartridge tracking in either the front panel or the web server interface. Now the printer will only boot if I uninstall the cartridges.

The error message is simply "ink system problem" " turn the printer off and back on again and if the problem persists call HP support"

That is with the original HP cartridges back in.

Please don't tell me that these cartridges have rendered this $700 printer useless right in the middle of a job for a customer!
