I bought this as a gift for my child's teacher and she needed me to show her how to fill the cartridges, but after a mess with the first one, she learned to do it as easily as I've been doing with my own printer. I think she is hooked and will spread the word to other teachers who have been wasting their precious income on expensive ink. Also, customer service with cisinks is impressive. I appreciate the help cancelling when I ordered the wrong item and help finding what I needed.
