Chips can be reset by turning printer off, or reset automatically when cartridge reaches about 90% empty.
With no sponge to collect ink foam residue, refilling is a breeze. You do not need to reset the cartridges manually.
All you have to do is remove the rubber plug on the top of the cart, inject ink until full, put the rubber plug back in place, reset the chip, and you are ready to go.
